Katha is an Indian organization that connects the grassroots work in education, teacher training and publishing. Katha sees story as a powerful, non- divisive tool in nation building.
WHAT THEY WANTED
The Katha-kaar wanted us to illustrate their various activities using imaginative and engaging visuals, which are then used to instruct the teachers in rural areas.
BEGINNING WITH THE ILLUSTRATION
All the illustrations are in sketchy style with Indian characters so that the teachers can associate to them.
